Responsibilities for the Client Service Representative position include:

• Drives sales through the engagement of customers and sharing product knowledge ranging from Apple/ Samsung/ LG
• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records and processing payments by totaling purchases.
• Apply knowledge of sales process, product portfolio, and customer knowledge to improve sales outcomes.
• Work with a close-knit team of talented sales experts who will support you in your professional growth
• Training in business management for customer service, marketing, and sales

Qualifications/Skills:

• 2-4 year degree preferred but not required
• 1-3 years of marketing, sales, retail, or customer service related experience preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
